Secure Ordering at Pittsoff.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layering) encryption technology to make your online orders at Pittsoff.com safe and to protect your information as it travels from your computer to our computers. Pittsoff.com does not handle or store any credit card or payment information. All payments are processed by PayPal which securely accepts major credit cards. Setting up a PayPal account is optional and not required. You will receive an order number and an email confirmation at the conclusion of your order process. If you do not receive it, please place the order again or contact us at service@Pittsoff.com. Please only use valid email addresses for communication.
Payment Options We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Pittsoff.com Gift Cards (cashier checks or money orders if requested). You can take advantage of PayPal's added security, whether or not you have a PayPal account. Simply select PayPal at checkout. Residents of Ohio will be charged Ohio sales tax. Sales tax does not apply for orders shipping outside of Ohio. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Order Status / Backorders We strive for a 100% in stock inventory, but occasionally we may temporarily be out of an item. In this case, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping time for the backorder. If the product will be unavailable for an extended period of time, we will contact you via email within 2 business days with expected availability. You may cancel the order. If we do not receive your response within one week, we will ship your order of the out-of-stock item as estimated.
Privacy Pittsoff.com values privacy. We will never sell and rent your information with anyone. This includes any information you enter on our site. That data is used only to complete the order you place or to communicate with you for better and improved services. Your email addresses will only be used in communication with Pittsoff.com, and will never be sold or rented to outside parties. Please note we do not collect credit card information. Shipping and Handling
We work with carriers to provide cost-effective and quick shipping throughout the United States.
Shipping Timelines Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business days. Standdard shipping takes 3-9 days to deliver. Delivery time is based on distance to destination. Estimates apply to orders placed before 10:00am East Standard Time. USPS delivery service is not available on Sundays and holidays.
Shipping to Canada Delivery time will vary depending upon the destination and customs clearance. Customer is responsible for any duties and taxes. It may require additional days for delivery.
Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii There is no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. It may require additional days for delivery.
International Shipping (excluding Canada) Please email and discuss regarding international orders.
Sales Tax Items shipped to a Ohio addresses are subject to Ohio sales tax. Those items shipped outside of Ohio will not be taxed.
Non-Delivered Orders If a package is refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order. All refused packages that are non-deliverable for any reason are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
Freight Damage Every effort has been made for safe and secure shipping. Before signing, please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt. Any damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages". Make all claims directly with the carrier. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.
Website Errors We do our best to present correct information on products, pricing and matching photos on our website, but in the rare event that we make mistakes, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you of any necessary corrections.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. Pittsoff.com offers 14-day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy. We will process a refund excluding shipping & handling charges within 14 days of original delivery date. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of original delivery date. Returns that are received beyond this period of time will not be honored. Here are the instructions for returning and exchanging an item. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may delay the processing of your return. We do not accept returns of customized items. 1): Request a Return Authorization Code by emailing service@Pittsoff.com.com with the order number, name of purchaser, item(s) to be returned as well as reason for return or exchange. Please forward the confirmation email. Return Authorization Code will be issued within 2 business days of your request. 2): In your return package, enclose a copy of the email, original packing list and the merchandise with all original tags. Merchandise must be returned in its original and re-sellable condition. Please return authorized items in its original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that are used or altered or do not meet return conditions. 3): Label the package clearly with the Return Authorization Code. Items returned without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted.

Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. With no exceptions, all refunds are subjected to a 10% restocking fee, which will be applied to the price of the merchandise and taxes. Full refunds are only valid for defective items due to manufacturing defects or an error on our part. Please return using an insured courier. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise, and the shipping and handling in the case of an exchange. Pittsoff.com is not responsible for any freight charges or any items damaged or lost in transit. It may take up to 10 business days to process your return once the return package is received. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for any credit to appear back in your account. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping charges we had to incur to ship the products to you.
